Bt graphite 1100 stopped ringing when people dial us, can still answer if we know there calling

This could be due to the fact that one of your phones is off the hook or unplugged. Check and make sure that all devices are operational and charged.. Try applying a warm damply wet cloth on the back when attempting to open the battery cover..Don't forget to check the phone line itseft.

I have a studio plus phone. The phone display comea up with call but not ringing and it is temperamental to answer. Any thoughts

while calling to other person then press ^ upper button.

i took batteries out for a while and when i put them back it worked ok.

some adsl internet filters can cause this to happen with alot of bt phones, if your using any try to change it with another.

bt cordless phone i have pressed something and it has locked can anyone tell me how to unlock it

Is it a DSL phone line?

the phone is not working is it new

then replace it

else open it up and check if all the connection to the speaker are ok or not
