"F5" or "Ctrl+F5" will do this but I think you may have a deeper problem than this. Try to run Malwarebytes. Reset browser to default etc. This assumes you can get other websites and Facebook was not down when you tried it.
farmville keeps prompting 'Your game state is out of sync with the server. Please refresh the page to continue' without any error code. I have refreshed the page a dozen times since the night before but the same messgae kept popping, even when I try accessing it from other laptops.
Deleting my facebook cookies worked for me (Firefox 3.5.7)
Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> click the remove individual cookies link, type facebook in the search box, then remove all cookies that match. Then reload facebook, you'll be logged out but log in and should be fine
