Open the unit, remove the power supply cover in the back left by removing 1 ***** and releasing two hooks. Remove 2 *****s securing the fuser. The *****s are located just in front (inside) of the fuser.
Disconnect the fuser power cable and logic cables and then rotate the fuser up and toward the exit area. The fuser should just lift out.

You can then open the fuser by removing two *****s and releasing two release hooks. This should allow you enough released tension to remove your transfer. Be careful not to damage the fuser film.

My PC 745 comes up with an error code of a paper jam but I cannot find any jammed paper. Any suggestions.

completely remove the paper cassette and look for A SMALL PIECE OF PAPER stuck inside the machine in the paper path. Also use a flashlight to check for tiny bits of paper in the exit section of the machine where the fuser (hot) rollers are.

Copies are coming out wrinkled - always in the same spot.

You can try to stop the process mid-print. That way if the paper is un-wrinkled before it hits the fuser, then it must be the fuser causing your problem.
The PN for the fuser is FG6-3720-000 and sells new for about $175

Canon copier 940 trouble code EO?

Odds are that you are getting a error code E000. It is saying that you have a problem with your fuser unit. You can try to unplug the copier for a short time. But you will mostly need a new fuser unit. Good Luck

Where is the fuse on the canon pc-940 copier. It

Why would a fuse have any thing to do with a clicking sound? If the fuser or fixing unit was having a problem you would get a error code. Have you replaced the toner or drum cartridge any time? If so, was the noise there before? If it was not recheck the installation and if you put the old parts back in and you have no noise, it has to be the new cartridge.... Good Luck
