My johnway yy250t started losing power fast now it wont start,I put a timing light on the coil sometimes it flashes,I checked the voltage going to the coil it is only 1.5 volt while turning over.

Check Engine Light flashing when accelerating ,severe engine misfire . Something in the ignition system is breaking down under a load . If the starter engages an spins the engine when you turn the key to start an it doesn't start an run , it has no spark or fuel pressure . If you don't know this or how to diagnose .suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . Pull two plug wires off the top of the same coil an crank the engine , if you do not see a spark jump from one coil tower to the other you have an ignition system problem . ignition module or crankshaft position sensor

usually you wont have spark if you have a bad ignition module....how did you check for a good spark? And how did you check if it was getting gas? I'm just questioning your choice of words in your post because it doesnt make much sense to me, but I'm here to help.
Usually I just handle issues like this as a NO START issue and go from there. starter fluid in the throttle body......If it runs for a few seconds, we have a fuel problem. If not, I check for spark. If the car has spark plug wires, I use an old school timing light and put the clamp on all wires one at a time and check if there is signal at all plug wires while cranking the engine to start. If the timing light flashes, I pull spark plugs. sometimes one, sometimes more; each car may be different. If the timing light dont flash as I'm cranking I inspect the module or distributor or coil and go from there. If your car is running, You wont have a compression issue.

The problem would be the starter they go without any warning

CHANGE THE ELECTRIC COIL AND GIVE A TUNE-UP CHARGE THE BATTERY

check your ignition switch...you may be loosing contact there.

test light on neg with key on power at both sides of coil ???? next test light on bat plus put to coil neg and have somone turn car over if test light flashes and still no spark coil is bad if test light no flash ignighter is most likely bad the ignighter switches ground on your coil for spark
