Model 33600, the circular ring in middle of basket where stem goes through is missing and the basket will not sit level, looks like from top and bottom of basket. Our church needs it to work.

We cannot get the cups and glasses to sit snugly. They seem to need to be stacked in doubles, but then you can't load in plates.
