2004 Chrys Concorde, new utility trailer, tail light converter. Problem: There is output from conv box in yellow wire, when turn signal is on, but when it is connected to the trailer harness, no output...

Your vehicle CANNOT be wired for a trailer without using the converter box. The only vehicles that do not require a converter box are the vehicles that use the stop lamp bulb as a turn signal. Your vehicle is equipped with SEPARATE stop lamp and turn signal bulbs.

To make the converter box work correctly, it must be wired according to the instructions to BOTH the stop lamps AND the turn lamps. The tail (or PARK) lamps DO NOT go through the converter box.
Your trailer uses the SAME bulb for stop and turn - THIS is the reason you need a converter.

The wire color for both your LEFT TURN and your RIGHT TURN are LIGHT GREEN/TAN. Although the wire colors are the same at the bulb sockets, these are SEPARATE circuits and must be wired to the correct wire at the converter box. (LEFT and RIGHT) The converter box will have an INPUT connection for EACH of these.

The wire color for your STOP lamps is WHITE/TAN. The converter box should only have one INPUT wire that connects to this. It doesn't matter which side of the vehicle you connect this wire to. All of the stop lamps are on the same circuit.

The converter will then have only one wire for LEFT turn and stop (usually YELLOW) this is the wire that needs to go to your trailer connector for left turn and stop.
The RIGHT turn and stop will most likely be GREEN coming out of the converter.

I got a used Toshiba CZ32T31without a user manual. When I hook up the cable all I get is snow. I also can't get local broadcast when I move the channel to the station number.

If you are in the USA, all free broadcast channels are digital, so you won't get anything without a digital converter box. In Canada, some channels are still available without the box till August 2011.
The tuner may be defective. Use a VCR or cable converter with audio/video outputs and connect them to the appropriate inputs on the TV, use the VCR or converter to change the channels.

Will the Toshiba Model 36A42 work without a converter box?

The short answer is no. The reason for that is because it's an analog TV and has a standard tuner which is now obsolete because of the changes to all digital programming last year. You won't be able to use it with out a converter box. I won't recommend a particular brand or model, that would be your choice. Here is a selection of "boxes" available.

Toshiba 36" analog TV Tivax converter box RCA Digital Flat Amplified Antenna How do I get signals without cable?

I understand you have;
Toshiba 36" analog tv,
Tivax converter box,
RCA Digital Flat amplified antenna.

You want to get signal over the air;
Connect the antenna to the Tivax converter box.
Connect the Tivax Converter box to the input for the TV.

Turn on the antenna, Converter box and TV. You should get a menu on the tv screen. Follow the instructions and SCAN in the channels in your area by using the converter box remote.

You can see your channels by going to www.tvfool.com and entering your information.

TV Guardian menu won't come up after hooking up DTV converter box

You may want to check the digital converter boxes and make sure they have analog pass through, it should be listed on the box or the instructions. My Magnavox and Zenith which were bought about a year ago, do not have analog pass through.

Digital converter box

A digital converter box will only allow an analog TV to to operate in analog when using a stick antenna... If you have cable or sat Tv then you won't need the converter because those companies already do the conversion for you.
If you have a HD Tv than by all means it will get HD without a converter using a stick antenna and several stations are available or will be available on cable and sat with extra fees...
Hope this helps!

Lost the Welcome/Installation Menu

http://www.ezdigitaltv.com/support-files/ns_dxa1_manual.pdf

All you have to do is use the auto tuning function. Your remote control has a menu button, you can get to the feature via the on-screen menu.

If you press the menu button while the box is on and you see no menu, change your television's input to match what the box's output is.
