Outside screen is blue

May need to take it to cell phone repair mine looks the same way. Dropped it face down. Did your screen crack at all. Shouldn't be too much to repair it they quoted me $100.00. Hope this helps.

The screen is broken as a result of the drop and needs a replacement.

not all scratch and dents are plug and play yours sounds like it was dropped or received a damaging blow you will need to look for door replacement parts and possible alignment of door or body frame

Check both Sim card and Phone contacts.

Hi, take the inner door panel off, look around should be a rod that goes from the outside handle to the door latch mechanism, its either broken or unhooked.
This is how i solved a similar problem. When I removed the door panel and looked inside I was able to see the small rod that attaches to the outside handle was not connected. I tried to snap it back in but it wouldn't stay so I pulled the rod over where I could see that the small plastic part on the end of the rod that holds it in place had one side snapped off. Should be easy to fix once I locate the part. Just did this today and haven't looked for the part yet.

Switch off and on your phone, if screen is in same mode , then there will be problem with your display....Take to service centre.... and service it...it will work...

You need to take back up of your phone and master reset your phone. The problem will be solved.

try opening your phone and check if its flex connector is still in contact.  if everything is fine then probably you have a problem in the flex itself...

 

if eveything is fine then worst you have a defective LCD..

you need to have the LCD replaced on the mobile.

When you are looking at the RAZR, push the button on the right hand side. This should light up your outside screen to see the time when the screen is dark. Have you tried this?
