I want a free software for canon zr65mc

It is a known problem that caused by the defective CCD sensor and must be replaced.

Depends on the type of video, what system you are running, and how much storage space you have. Check the documentation that came with your camcorder. It probably also came with software.

go to the canon website, there are 1000's of people with the same problem, it the way the camera been made and they will fix it for free, they fixed mine...

This is most likely caused by a damaged or misaligned video drum or possibley a defective CCD image sensor and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it’s not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

Notify Canon, they will pay for shipping and repair free of charge. There is a problem with the wiring affected by heat and humidity, Look on Canon website under ZR65MC, or your model number, and look for "Advisory".

I had the same problem. I called Canon at (800) 828-4040 and told them my problem. In two days they emailed me a UPS label and a form to fill out. In two weeks they sent the camera back and it's working. They paid for delivery (both ways) and fixed my camera free.
