man u can make right click on ur driver setup and then properties and then click on compatibility then choose windows xp sp2 so consequently it will work hopefully

Click on this link and it will take you to the support page for foxconn motherboards. There will be 2 options: Search by product model and search by download type. Type in K7S741MG-6L in the keyword space. Then where it says select type, select under Motherboard, I-drivers and click search.
To the bottom will display the drivers for this particular motherboard.
