just call FUJI in ur area they will do it free of charge even if u are out of warranty dont worry it is a known problem thousands are facing these days just call them and everything will be ok PLS RATE ME FIXYA for help

The +/- button is located on the bottom right corner on the back of the cam. If you do not find it on your cam, probably "you are not using a Genuine Fuji S5700".

On the mode dial theres an old fashioned movie camera icon, turn it so it points to the marker, and you're ready ;] enjoy
