There is a lever above the center of the door on the side of the machine. Pull the lever 1 click towards the front of the machine and try again. You diodn't say what your grinds looked like, but if they a chunky your grinder is bad and needs to be fixed. That will cause it also to dump early.

Make sure that the sensor in the water tank has not stuck IIRC it's on the right hand side as you look at the machine from the front. Then run some water through the steam nozzle, it could just be that following the descale there is no water in the boiler and you just need to fill it as you did when it was new.

There are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the small one to the + then back up 1 click. Turn the large knob to a smaller number, but only when it is grinding. The grind should look like coarse granulated sugar. It takes 3 cycles for the grind to take effect.

It sounds like you need to program the coffee level.

There are a couple of different stram valves. Call them to get the right one.

Remove the brew unit and to the left of that is the the discharge area for the grinder, make sure that hole is clear, then adjust grind 1 number coarser, and check machine.

I think you have get air in the system, try to find a bellows pump or similary. Fill it with water, open the steam knob and take of the water tank, put the pump in the water inlet and press. When the water begins to flow, close the steam knob and put the water tank back.
