When shutting the door, it rubs against the side. The other side has plenty of clearance. How do I adjust the door?

Lube will not help. The door needs adjustment. Look on top of the door where hinges are and try minor adjustment. You will need help to guide you.

The beater cannot "heat" the bowl, so I am going to assume that is a typing error, and you meant hitting.
If the beater hits the bowl it is usually caused by the adjusting screw at rear of the column being improperly set. To correct this you need to turn the adjusting screw slightly to right, or left to adjust clearance. Clearance should be 1/16", about the thickness of a dime.
If this does not fix the problem, and the beater still rubs the bottom of the bowl, it can be corrected by tapping the yoke arm with a mallet, there should be 1/16" clearance between bottom of bowl and end of the beater.
You can determine the 1/16" by dropping a dime in the bowl, the flat beater should just "touch" the coin as the beater rotates.

If you are seeing the bubbled paint on wall when you open the oven door, it is more than likely heat loss past the door gaskets. They are easy to install clip on gaskets

Slacken the three screws, align the door and tighten the screws up again. Try not to lean on the door when it's open.

sounds like one of the door hinges may need to be adjusted or worn enough to either re-align the door or replace a hinge pin providing the fender hasn`t been hit or become mis-adjusted.

You will have to carefully bend the hinges back into the appropriate position. OR you can always get new hinges at this site. Search Over 2 1 Million Appliance Parts

The door is probably out of adjustment. Remove it from the power source.
Remove the top cover and examine the door catch housing. There usually are a couple of screws clamping this in place, loosen the screws, shut the door and tighten the screws.
Finaly, check the hinge for clearance, (No more than 1/10th inch), and adjust as needed.

When the door is opening the chain on one side of the rail is pulled tight and the opposite side sags. It is just the opposite when the door is closing. It could be the sagging side is rubbing against the door but it seems you would have seen this. Also the chain shouldn't have grease on it. Just a light coat of lubricant from the factory. You might try tightening the chain just a tad.

you need to take calipers and have the resurface ok

Slotted screw on top of door, under a cover, needs to be loosened, adjust the door, tighten. That's it.
