most blue tooth manufactures of blue tooth devices use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code now the most common one is as follows but there is a possibility that i could be one of the others i will put them in order from most common to least commmon try them in that order they are 0000,1234,9999,or 1111 i hope this helps

You need to pair your PS3 with your bluetooth headset.
Turn on your PS3's bluetooth and search for bluetooth devices.
While the PS3 is searching and the BT headset is off, press and hold the call/end button on the bluetooth headset until it's light glows steadily. Do not let go until the PS3 finds it.
Pair the devices and allow the BT headset to connect automatically.

Registering
1) Go to accessory settings
2) Click on Register blue-tooth device
3) Click on Headset
4) Scan, while holding down the main power button on the headset
5) Enter your 4-digit password. The default is normally 0000
6) Done
Using
1) Go to Audio Options (under accessories)
2) Click "Connect Blue-Tooth device"
3) Change everything from "Do Not Use" to your headset name
4) Done..
