After replacing my bulb my sony kdf55e2000 tv is blinking 3 red and wont turn on

Are you using an extension cable? If you are, try plugging it directly into the wall.

Lamp cover is not properly seat-in. Go back to this part, re-insert and ensure that the safety switch will engage to the cover.

3 blinks ussally means that the lamp door sitch is not closed.. make sure it is screwed down tightly.

replace the lamp.

3 blinks is normally lamp door ajar. that tv has 2 lamp switches one for the door and one for the lamp itself. i suggest having a serviceman check out tv.

I have a Sony KDS-50A2000 50 in. HDTV Television. I just replace the lamp because I got the message that appeared on the TV. Lamp needs to be repaced. I replace with a Sony lamp and now TV cut off after 2 to 3 hours off watching the TV. Any Idea what is going on with this TV
