Error 3 is a Door lock error and has nothing to do with the water sensor. Tighten the door down snuggly, but don't over-tighten. If it still doesn't work it may need a door rebuild or switch replacement. Call for service if it doesn't restart.
It could be one of four things
Faulty programmer (if it does not move or make noises)
Faulty Door lock, (try pushing the door firmly in)
The belt may be broken - If the belt is broken or come off of the wheel then you will be able to see this by removing the top. (always make sure that you remove the electrical plug before investigating)
The brushes on the motor could be worn down
The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.
