Reset the console to the default settings and update the firmware.

Unfortunately there's still no way to downgrade your latest firmware to a lower version and will be stuck with the latest version for quite sometime. You just have to wait. The only option is to buy original games or buy another psp with a custom firmware or the psp the uses the chick hen mode.

Try to take out the battery if the psp is totally stuck and you can't quit. When you turn it back on you should get the menu screen. If it wont take you to the menu screen take out the disk and than restart it.

Your PSP needs to be fixed. The home button might be stuck. No software solution for this, it's hardware related.

Press the Home Button to and select "Yes" to Quit it. If you still having problem  Do a  Restore Default Settings by going to Settings > System Settings > Restore Default Settings
