I have a Kenwood KAC-9103D 1800 watt amp. Everytime i turn the amp all the way up it blows the fuses. i hooked up a lanzar vibe 431 1200 watt amp samething fuses blew. All the wires were checked everything there is good. i hooked the kenwood back up it was fine for about 20 mins. then the fuses blew again. any ideas on how to fix this
Fuses blow to save the amp. Are your speakers too big for the amp? If this amp is rated RMS @ 16olms it will only power around 600 to 800 @ 8olm and less as you drop down. better to have too much amp then too little so if you are trying to push 1000 watts per speaker @ 8 olms you are way under powered. Also check to make sure your wires are correct inside your speaker cables
how many watts are you trying to push. 2500 watt speakers need 2500 watts @ same olms. It is a miss conception that you only push what you need. If you don't have enough amp to handle the load it will either burn the amp up or voice coils in speakers. Or in your case blow the curcuit to keep from doing the later
16 olm or 8 olm load speakers

Are you using the correct fuse? if so,
more then likely, you don't have a good ground. Try grounding to something else that has more direct connection to your frame. If that doesnt work, try getting larger power cables.
I had the same problem with my 2500w xplodes all I had to do was get a thicker cable for the ground and battery connection. What was happening, was it was needing more power then the wire and fuse could handle, so it would blow the fuse, since the higher you have it, the more power it needs to feed the watts.
I would try grounding it directly to the frame on a good part of the frame before spending another $70 on new power cables though.
Oldmanewtoys is very right, Just because you have a 2000w amp doesnt mean it can push or handle your 2 1000w speakers.
Your amp will work on your speakers, but when you try to push them, even if your speakers are to much for your amp to push them. If your olm doesnt match, your amp may be pushing to much power to them, or trying to compensate for the amount of power needed to push them. either way, its not good, and can fry something you don't want fried.

I have 4 gauge wiring for my power and ground. the ground is mounted to the frame. everytime i turn the volume up the fuses blow. they are 2 3o AMPS. I have a 60 amp under the hood. the speakers are wired 1 ohm. i checked all the wiring. no shorts
the speakers are 500 rms each 1200 watt peak. the amp is 900 rms x1 at 1ohm. 1800 watt peak power
