Question about Toshiba e755 Pocket PC
When I tried to synchronize my e755 with computer by ActiveSinc, message: -Unknown device appeared. I made hard reset, and tried to do it on different computers, but result the same. Please let me know whats going on, and how can it be fixed. I appreciate your response, Jourii Where can I find a) User's Guide for Toshiba Pocket Computer e755 b) Companion CD with Microsoft ActiveSync for same unit Thanks
The reason it's saying unknown device is that your computer doesn't have a driver that matches the e755. The USB drivers for it are here:

Install those, and it should identify the device, and hopefully sync up fine. Let me know if you encounter additional errors.

Though following the link in ser71's solution and clicking on product manual gets you to the same place.

Change your data cable first and if it is ok
search your problem with this site
