Some of my downloaded music gets a "file not supported" message on my samsung yp-q2 mp3 player. How do i fix it?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.

Once your on the site you will see a downloads section and there select software and download the EMODIO suite, that should help you transfer files between pc and player.

Right click
Save target as... (save the execute file to location on the computer)
After the download has finished, run(= left double click) the execute file to install Emodio.

The MP3 player is defective is my guess.

Then, u need to transcode wmv to some format your q2 can support.

It can convert between any video files.
easy to use, reasonable conversion speed, high output quality.
U will get a supported format with it.

If anyone still has this problem download the file from iplayer then play it on your pc. Finally just drag and drop from the download location via file explorer to the video folder under the Q2 directory
