My samsung f700 phone has come back from repair and the touch screen does not seem to react properly can you adjust this?
I have the same problem, and have sent mine back for them to repair it, as the screen is cracked, and also it selects things i dont touch.
They said they would charge £40 for repairing the screen and wouldnt exchange it as they said there is nothing wrong with the phone, and have had none others returned with the same fault.
and, froim what i can make out with phone sites, they do not even offer teh samsung F700 anymore, so there must be something wrong with the model.
I think somethings wrong with the actual phones because ive just got mine back from repairs cuz it had the same problem and now the touch screen doesnt actually work properly
I can get new screens for samsung f700's for £45 and fit them myself. That is what i had to do after climbing on a pile of bricks at a party and falling over.
My samsung f700 fall on the ground and the screen cracked!!!
The work still work though. Does anyone know where i can get this fixed?
I think they are all like that. Mine is driving me mad. Sometimes the screen just doesn't react, or it activates something next to where I am touching. But other times it works perfectly! Very annoying when I am trying to accept an incoming call, or need to switch it to silent when I am in a meeting.

I, too, dropped my phone! The screen is cracked and all I want is some information on either the repair of it or how I can get in touch with a Samsung representative in maybe trying to get an exchange for the phone. The website for Samsung is totally not helpful! It seems you have to register a product before they will try and assist you with the problem you have. This product, Samsung f700, is not even selectable in their drop down menu!! Can anyone please help me out with some relevant information! It will be awesomely appreciated!!!
hey guys got my f700 knocked out of my hand and the internal screen has black lines down it does anybody know where i can get a new screen
my friend droped my phone .adn not it doesnt work.when i slide my pone is screen is black, my volume key dont work , adnthe main key dont work either . and wehn i call sumone i cant hear anything . plllzzzz tell me where can i fix it ? and how much will it cost me/?
cuz i went to a lot of places bt all they say is that they dont have the details for this phone and it cant be fixed..
my screen was cracked about 3 times all down the middle,so i bought a new one thinking it would be really easy to replace, i took off the old screen without realising the touchscreen sensor was attatched ,i havnt put the new one on properly yet as im thinking i may have ruined the touchscreen as when i jus rest the new sxreen on the touchscreen dont work !! do u know of somewhere i can get this tested and if need be fixed?
My touch screen doesn't work period. I still can't figure out how to fix it and don't know where to send it to.
Oh my gosh mine i doing the exact same thing I now have ten cracks down the middle of my screen from dropping it once!! Where can I fix it ?
