I have lost the operating manual for a technika DAB 109 Radio

All of these answers are rubbish, setting presets on the technika dab1101st is as follows...

Select the station you want to store, press and HOLD the preset button so the display shows "preset store" (if it says "preset recall" , you didn't hold the button), select the preset you want to store the station under, then press enter. Done. ??

It's a clock radio - all the buttons should explain themselves.
(please note though that I DID try to find you a manual)

To set alarm mode :- press Alarm 1 or 2 briefly to swtich between choices of Alarm On-Beep / DAB / FM / Off, keep pressing this alarm button until you get to the mode you want then stop pressing and leave to settle.
To set time: Press and HOLD Alarm 1 or 2 to change time. Minutes will flash first, use dial to change numbers, when you've got to the number you want press jog/select to change hour, use dial to change hour number. If you just leave it alone once you've reached the hour you want it will set where you left it, but...
If you want to specify preset channel/volume/beep tone etc keep pressing jog/preset after setting hour and use dial to set your preferences.

You cannot set the time manually. It is automatically set from the time signal broadcast with DAB radio stations

If you go to your local Tesco store that sells these they will make a photocopy for you. This information came from the Tesco Customer Careline.

Possible shorted power supply capacitor or bad diode.

However here is a partial list of operations for the Abla CRDAB301:

Switch on

• Press STANDBY

Switch off

• Press STANDBY

Factory Reset:

• Switch the radio on;
• Press and hold MENU for 2 seconds
• Press SELECT.

Switch between FM and DAB:

• (radio must be on)
• Press DAB/FM

Tune & store all DAB stations:

• (radio must be on)
• Press MENU
• Press ">" three times (or until display says "Autoscan full")
• Press SELECT

To listen to another DAB station:

• (radio must be on)
• Press "<" or ">" until the station name is displayed
• Press SELECT

You have leaky filter capacitors in this radio, this is a common fault and these are soldered into a rinted circuit board. Good luck
