Fatalerror message keeps popping up that printer hasnt loaded aaa

Open "Devices and Printers" in start menu.
Right click printer with green arrow - click see whats printing.
Delete all documents.
Restart computer - then restart printer
See if that clears your error messages.

I had the same issue with my HP printer but a different model #. Try inserting the installation CD and then close any window it pops up, if it pops up. Go to My Computer and then right click on the CD and go to browse. Look for the install file that should called Setup or named something else but ends with .exe and double click it. If you're not seeing it then go to the link below and try downloading and installing the software. Click on the link, click on Driver - Product Installation Software, and click on HP Photosmart Full Feature Software and Driver and follow the promps.

Some computers will not acknowledge your flash cards. Depending on your flash card, your printer & computer to make sure they are compatible. Try opening your computer Icon to see if card is accepted. then click in your card to see if any file are in. You may have to load your printer software again..

Check the INK nozzels to see if they are clogged, Use a q-tip /or several to remove the ink in the nozzels, then check the ink jets where the ink makes contact with the paper, and clear them, if the printer hasnt been used in a while the nozzel could be clogged , with dry ink , not allowing the ink to flow. and causing the Pump fail to come on.

The program has a ClipArt component that is show on the right part of the screen. Removing that part of the software application will enable the printer, computer and internet to run.

The error happens if your installation did not finish completely and you didnt have complete access and permission to the system(even though you are an administrator). Run the access denied tool by hp by clicking on the link http://tinyurl.com/5u2pg three times. uninstall the software and reinstall again. If this dosent work you will have to manually change the permissions in the registery.
