I was getting super frustrated with my camera too, my huband is a genious.. he just flipped the mode to the one that shows a usb cable on it and it worked. Maybe this is all you need to do as well? Hth

Thank you very much. This does work. Only flip the mode, with usp mark, and you can see, transfer everything what you have on camera. Thanks again

I have the guide if you still need it can copy and email.I know the driver they sent with the camera doesn't work.I have to take memory card out and use a usb key to download the pictures.My email is [email protected]
