If the horn won't work, the batteries are dead. If the charger is showing green lights, most likely the gel inside the batteries has gone solid from the chair being stored for a while. Replace both batteries with type U1, 24v, 33 amps and see if that will clear the problem. The fuses are regular automotive type fuses.

Hey, there any one plz give me idea about my problem with my laptop, last night i shut down my laptop properly and the next day evening it was not getting start, battry is ok and it is showing charging but...

Do you leave it plugged in a lot? I would try another Cord/charger with the EXACT same power specs. Never leave a Computer plugged in when not in use, it's subject to power surges, accidental damage, and shortens the life of the components, Cord/Charger, AC jack, etc.

Truck is draining charge and not charging battiers

I just went thru same thing with my 2003 f-350 diesel. I hooked up my horse Trailor and drove to Von's parked went in came back out and truck was dead. I tried to jump it didn't work. Then over next two hours two tow truck Drivers hooked up to both batteries full power charge direct to my truck and would not start.
End story required two new batteries alternator and cilanoid discussed above. In other post. Also contributing to the cause was really badly coroded cables they looked good at the connection point but wher discovered to be coroded inside the tubing just above the end connections so bow it has all been replaced and I have had no trouble since. Hope this helps. Tanya

Have you checked the voltage at the batry when running? Sounds like alternator is not working properly. The battry is only used for starting, once started the alternator runs all the accesories & charges the battry. If not chargeing the vehicle will **** battry power. You may have a good battry surface voltage but a bad battry. The battry should be load tested as well.

I have an acer aspire one .The problem is that it's battery dfoesn't get charged over 75% even after prolonged charging.

This shows that the battery is not healthy enough to accept 100% charge and is only healthy enough to accept 75%.

The solution is to claim warranty support on the basis of a faulty battery, if you have not had it long.
The alternative option is to purchase a replacement battery, you may even get one that holds more charge. A 6cell will enable you to use your laptop longer than that of a 3cell.

Thanking you

My horn sis not working. There was trouble with my car alarm months ago and the repairman removed the after market alarm. However, my car failed inspection today because the horn will click but does not...

Yes, if a car doesn't have a working horn, it would, in most if not all states fail a safety inspection.
If you hear a click, then it could be the relay clicking or the horn trying to operate. Likely, it's just a bad horn or a bad ground connection at the horn relay.

I would take the vehicle back to the repairman and ask about the horn and repairing it, or have the inspector who failed it repair it for you.

Horns go bad on cars due to corrosion or non use over time. I've had a few go bad on motorcycles which were even stored in a garage. Opened one up one time and found rust on the contacts that made it not work or oscillate to make a sound that is audible.

I think that you could locate the horn, and see if all of the wires are physically there, and try a test light to ground it out, as horns should always have power (as long as the battery is charged up) whether or not the ignition is on.

If you ground out one or the other terminals with a test light, at the horn, then it should beep.
If not, then the horn itself is bad.

Replace with new.
It is really that simple.

I have a 1997 Cadillac Deville that wasn't used for a while and the horn went bad on it and it was replaced as one of the items required for Pennsylvania State Inspection.

Check to see what your battery is reading in terms of voltage when the bike is at idle. It should be about 12V, maybe a little less. Then check the voltage again with the high beam and turn signals and anything else you can turn on that will draw power (like the horn) and see if the voltage drops. If you do get a voltage drop, then the battery is not being charged, otherwise I would look at testing the voltage regulator/rectifier.
