I think it's a slow drain fault. But would need full model number to say for sure. Still it wouldn't hurt to check the drain pump for crud. Here are some vids that might help. Don't worry too much about brand specifics. Many brands share identical and similar parts.
Kenmore does not Make their own Appliances There isn't even a Kenmore Factory so in order to detemine how to decipher the date code we need to know Who made it as All companies have different ways to display the manufactured date in order to figure out who made your appliance we need the three digit number preceeding your Model number and possibly the serial number of the appliance. The Bellow should be available at a appliance part store. be sure to call with the model number and serial number, that way if they don't have it they will have time to order it.

all kenmore named washer will have 110 as first 3 digits of model #..the he washers are usually good washers..like all front loads they have their quirks ..if you read reviews from other consumers they indicate problems ..most of which are easily remedied by reading owners manuals..mold /mildew usually a bleach clean every few months ..vibration need real solid floor..oversuds use HE detergents only..just a matter of changing mind set from top loads with 25 gals of water each fill to a front load with 5-6 gals each fill..top load with 750-850 rpm spin speed to front load 1000-1200 rpm ..if willing to learn proper use and what to expect they can best investment..just don't let opinions of those unwilling to adapt affect your decision
and possibly the serial number of the appliance.
