Can you get a carrera vulcan chain guard - Falcon Cycling

Hi. Real easy. Your chainsaw has two separate handles. A small handle (which contains the throttle lever) and a large handle that sits behind the brush guard. The brush guard is also a lever that engages and disengages the brake. Push the brush guard forward (towards the bar and chain) to lock the chain. Pull the brush guard towards the large handle to unlock the chain. If there is anything else please write back.

Most beach cruisers have a chain guard. There is always a slight "wobble" of the front chain ring, check to make sure the chain isn't slapping the chain guard. The chain guard can be adjusted. The chain also might have loose tension causing it to bounce around just enough to hit the chain guard. The opposite may be true, if the chain is too tight, you could be getting a popping sound at certain points on the chain as it messes with the gear teeth, in this case loosen the chain slightly to put a little slack in it.

Take off your chain guard, should be 2 bolts holding the chain bar in place. Then make sure there isnt another bolt or screw you missed, pop off cover put chain on, replace chain guard and tighten chain. It should be that simple

You could try drilling out the holes and tapping them to the next size bolt to reinstall the guard

check inside guard andchain bar for tensioner bolt which slots into guide bar and tensions chain before you tighten the two nuts

the timing chains on the vulcan 800 are self adjusters, you do not need to manually adjust them.

Examine the top of the chain guard where it mounts to the bicycle. Loosen the fasteners enough to slide the chain guard in and out. Adjust it so it doesn't hit the crank or rub on the chain and tighten the fasteners back down.

see if theres a master link on the chain and take off from that way you dont have to take off the guard. the master link will look diffrent from all the other links and can normally be removed with a screwdriver

Worst case is you have a welding shop make one to fit then have a chrome shop finish it for use.
