Dispaly Display goes blank when i slide up my w910i. Also sometimes the screen distorts, but when i slide down and slide up after key lock when the backlight goes of, screen is back to normal. Sometimes after sliding keys do not work. Changed the front panel recently.

Thats the problem of display chip. Only solution for it is to visit samsung service centre and replace the display chip. Most slider phone face this problem. I recommend to go to samsung service centre dont go any cellular repaiing as they will not give warrant for new dispaly chip and as per my experience samsung gives 1 month warranty...

this because of the strip inside the mobile...i think that got damaged in u r mobile...so u just give u r mobile to u r sony service sation and they will take care of u r mobile....and then u r mobile will be proper...be cool!!!!

When yo upower up press F! or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios then check your harddisk is detected? if your harddisk is sata then enable sata option in bios then save settings.
If every thing is fine then it should be dispaly resolution issue.
When yo upower up vthe computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode then go to control panel then dispaly proeprty-> settings ->change screen resolution to 1024*768 then restart .

the flexcable needs to be replaced , take the phone to a mobile service center to have that done.

Have you tried pressing F8 on boot-up and log into safe mode under administrator, no password, and right click on any empty space on the desktop, left click on properties, left click on settings, select a lower resolution,( e.g. 1024X768 ) select apply, select ok, reboot, log in as normal

you have a loose connection, good luck....
