Check fan by removing and connecting to a 12v dc source. Ensure 12v is available at the plug situated on the fan baffle plate. Allow ice to thaw on lower condenser before replacing fan (replacment fan if necessary) Fan must recirculate air to freeze contents of freezer.

SOURCE: E442B Fridge is not cold & some ice build up in fridge. How do you remove the back of inside of freezer to check ice build up there?

don't mess about with it just remove items and get a new one sound like its leaked it's gas (BUT DON'T PANIC) its not harmful and its not going to blow up! you could call a engineer but a lot of the time your just as good putting that money towards a new one

Why is my Fisher Paykel fridge model E442B dripping water when I open the door

The defrost drain is blocked. It normally defrosts in the middle of the night, so you are greeted by a puddle of water when you get your milk for coffee. You clear it all up and it is fine all day, you come down next morning and water again. Correct?

OR, it is the water dispenser!

My f&p fridge model e442b not cooling properly only one fan in fridge/freezer divide which is operating but cold air not seeming to get to top compartment fridge has been completely emptied checked...

It is possible that it is creating ice in the air passages due to a bad defrosting element.
Unplug it and let it melt, if the problem appears to be fixed, but comes back in a few days, that could be the problem

My whirlpool fridge isn't cooling but freezer is

check if it has iced up around the air vents between the two halves as that will block airflow and warm up fridge. if it is is give it a good defrost to melt the ice and stop it from reicing

Freezer appears to be working, but not the refrigerator section - at most that will only get to 50 degrees. Manually switching to propane makes no difference.

Sounds like your cooling fan is out. If the freezer is fine and the fridge isn't, then the cooling fan isn't blowing the cold air the the fridge. Or you could have ice obstructing the airflow.

Bottom of fridge section freezing, rest fine.

maybe fridge fan not working when door is closed could also be iced up air ducts between fridge and freezer
