Help my mikomi web cam will not work on my new lap top. it has widows vista OS. the disk installs ok, but when i go to use the cam i is just a black screen...no picture. it worked fine on my other laptop.

You may not get the exact one if they have not kept up with drivers for that brand of web cam.

have you been on to mikomi web site for the cam and downloaded any updates for the software as the software on the cd may need updating now your using vista.
