if you don't have the recovery disc, just keep pressing F9 on boot up and recovery software will be prompted to you. choose factory default settings then let it run and follow procedures. remember this will only be applied if your computer still have the recovery partition on you HDD.
This net book shipped with 1 GB of ram, which if it was the windows 7 OS installed should be able to be upgraded. Asus don't say how much ram it will take, however, I would have thought that 2gb would be easily fitted and 4GB is also probable (if you would ever need 4gb for basic applications)
well firstly i wouldnt try and fix it my self coputer components can be very hard to work with, i would get a perfesional to fix it,try and take it back to store,or contact the computer make,i think that ebay should sell them and if not try amazon
