Sorry its a sigma 18-200 lens the problemis i hit the recomended reset buttons and i am still getting the constant beeping sound and when i press the button no picture is taken. ive read my instruction manual and i just don;t know how to fix this broblem I think i have it in some kind of timer sequences?

find the reset button and reset
if none then press the star button to turn it off wait a few seconds the press it again to turn it on
there is no make stated so some have a reset button and on mine( Belkin) it is the on/off button
Have you tried formating the memory card? R07 means it has 7 shots in internal memory. Since you have already pressed the reset through the small hole in the front, if formatting the card does not work, try downloading the latest firmware from Nikon and installing it.
Sounds like you've got a lens error and the beeps are signaling your lens is stuck. With the camera laying on its back, try tapping the lens ring while pressing the start button. You may just luck out. It's about all you can do without taking your camera apart.
To NOT get that error you need to use in AV mode.
It's the only way that old Sigmas work with the new Canons.
It's an aperture bug that old Sigma lens have and some the only way to fix it is to rechip it. The problem is that Sigma no longer rechips the lens.
When you get a flashing EE, it means there is an Eror somewhere.
Most cameras have a botton you press to reset it. Usually it is the battery check button.
Try that.
Also try taking the lens off the camera, unlocking the aperture ring, remount the lens and then lock the aprture ring to the minimum F stop.
I think this should solve the problem.
