Does a rational combi oven have a cut off switch ? We had an external electrical fire and since the power has been restored, the three phase is working but the combi oven does not turn on

My Hobart ECOCOMBI HECME6 is suddenly changed from Electricity to LPG.

It looks to be an Australian oven that is a copy of the Rational Combi Oven. I can't find a manual, but see if this link works better for you because Fixya is in North America.

Hi, I have a rational SCC61 6 grid combi and recently it takes 5 or 6 attempts to switch it on, I get the 5 senses logo and then nothing happens, it's now hardly responding at all. Any ideas??

Fault code on CM61 Rational electric combi oven, does not steam up at beginning. I need to spray water in oven then it starts to steam as normal, any thoughts would be appreciated Sorry code is H20

Water is filling too slowly. Most likely a bad y1 filling solonoid valve.

The motor should start as soon as the door is closed.
to check the motor, I need to know the s/n. Some motors use contractors, others use electronic motor control.

Seems like the motor is drawing too much current

We just bought a used Rational CPC 101 electric combi oven. Do u know where we can get the connector parts for the water line and drain? The supply stores in tallahassee did not have those parts.

First check fuses, then check your donut transformer located at bottom of oven behind water line area

They have a high limit for both boiler and hot air, and over current(motor)!! it sounds like you may have blown a control fuse!

Could you tell me the model? these ovens do have internal cut out switches, if the 3 phase supply was interrupted then possibly the motor overheat stat has tripped inside the control panel
