Color viewfinder doesn't have proper contact when lcd closes, sometimes give no picture and sometimes give blurred or broken picture. What to do?

Had this exact problem diagnosed by a local repair shop as a bad LCD panel. According to the technician there's a loose ribbon cable on the panel and it would cost as much to replace/repair as a new TV.

If the image is blurred on both clean the lens, if it does not fix it then it is probably a faulty lens problem.

There are 2 possibilities. The viewfinder lenses are dirty or, depending on the model, there is an adjuster, right at the viewfinder, to adjust the focus of the viewfinder. It has NOTHING to do with the picture, only the viewfinder.

I'm not sure of what brand and/or model you have, but most have a maintenance mode to do color alignment.

This sounds like CCD sensor problem ( especially if the picture is "noisy" ). Canon and Sony fixes this particular problem free of charge since the CCD device installed in your camera should last + - 15 years if it is properly manufactured. Contact your agent and find out what their policy is.

This will help with "framing" the subject, or determining if you have enough light for proper exposure. 5. Motion can cause a "blur" effect. Either motion of the subject, or motion by the photographer. This phenomenon is just like traditional photography. Moving objects may appear to blur, and this will be even more evident in lower lighting situations as the shutter speed slows down to allow for more light. The shutter will react faster in bright light, and motion will not be as apparent.
