FAX Board Error To clear turn power off and on the machine if it comes back fax board needs replacement and or main board. Check your phone line is it clear use a old phone and listen to dial tone and have some one call the fax line listen to line clear and crisp? Phone company check line also. Nice machine!

How can I correct error code c3822 on bizhub C451

1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!

Fax Board error, does this machine fax capability reseat the fax board and also check to make sure the proper procedures was used to install it. Was there a recent lighting strike fax lines go outside via telephone line can get hit by lighting was surge proctor used on the FAX Line should be and the NETWORK cable the
reseat, fax board. if not get a tech out to re-flash firmware via secure KMBS web site (SERVICE TECH ONLY) or the board is bad or the person who installed it did not install properly, worse case main board $$$$$$$$$$$$$

Sir/Mam there is cleaning motor for one of the rollers in the fusing unit the very hot part on the right side of the machine is there anything like a transprancies or paper wrapped around the fusing unit roller. Recommended that you get a tech out to look at it remove the fusing unit and look it over. Do not use the machine you burn out that motor it will cost more to repair worse case you burn out the main control board 1000 dollars. Motor is inside the machine

Bizhub c451 no power

Check your power cord is it plug properly in the wall, power off the machine and disconnect the finisher, document feeder, optional paper draws. Then power on. Power off remove the rear panels any think looked burnt or damaged. Sound like a bad power supply, might want a tech to come out
