Cannot use my web cam

Hi, if you have windows 7 on it go to start>device and printers and make sure you see the webcam without any warning icon (yellow or red) on it, if you don't see or see some warning icon you have two options
1-right click on it choose troubleshoot this device and connect to internet and follow the wizard
2-right click on computer icon >manage>device manager >
under imaging device make sure you have your web cam under imaging device icon right click choose update driver connect to the internet and follow the wizard
if you have icon in devices and printers and device manager without any warning icon or problem download some web cam tools from internet or messengers like Skype oovoo nimbuzz or.... and test it there. if you didn't see any icon of webcam with or without warning icon you have problem with your webcam device try USB one and send your laptop for repairing

you can connect the web cam it show new devices installed and it ask for software at that time you select search from internet then the drivers will download automatically from the internet

connect you cam and install the driver for your cam and if you have any messenger installed login to your messenger and start your web cam. if you don't have internet connection for offline testing you can use msn messenger. Go to tools and options and web cam !!!!

Well you can install it without the cd but you need to have an internet connection. Follow these steps:-
1.Download the web cam driver from internet. 2.Connect your webcam to your computer. 3.Install the downloaded driver. 4.Restart the computer.
Now you can sue your webcam.

yes my dear you need the software for web cam.without webcam not display the picture.please install the driver of the web cam.if you have friverr.if you have not driver then download from the internet

this problem can be caused by:

1. your web cam being unable to cope with a high frame rate ( this is unlikely)
2. your internet connection speed is low
3. your computer is running to slow to prosses the web cam information

Solutions

1. if your webcam cant handle high frame rates, then the only solution is to buy a new, higher quality web cam
2. if your connection speed is low, then close down other programs that use the internet, eg internet explorer or multiplayer games
3. if your computer is running to slow to prosses the information, then close down any unnessesery programs, for example games, internet, or even word and exell

Get the name of your webcam
Connect to internet
type the address as "newfreedownloads.com"
enter the webcam series and download the required s/w
