When i talk people cant hear me though turtle

If you have an X1 headset...
Try using the X1 headset and mic with your PC (sound card). Green plug goes to green jack, Pink plug goes to pink jack. Can you hear your voice thru the X1 mic on your PC? If yes, then the mic works but the chat-controller cable is probably broken and should be replaced. If no, then the mic may be broken and you should contact Turtle Beach's tech support for help -- [email protected].

if TB doesn't help or honor their warranty any longer. I believe that TB offers a year warranty so if your year is up.. i know of this site that i bought mine from- i spent like $39.
