Need user's manual for the iWave 2GB Flash

Dear iWave team,

I bought a shiny new iWave MP3 player in 2010 (iWave MP3051, 4 GB) and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support for this product even on your own website. The link to the manual does not exist anymore (May 2011). The interface is not intuitive and the touch screen is not particularly responsive. Did your company give up on this particular product and let the customers stupid enough to buy the player fend for themselves? All extra features, not related to playing music, are working fine but I bought the device because it was advertised as MP3 player and not as a camera/FM radio/file storage device with additional music playing features to be explored by adventurous souls only at their own risk.

How does one create and maintain playlists for the iWave player on a computer? How does one rename the playlists? What to do when the screen freezes? What to do when the device does not seem to be charging (changing the cable AND charging from the wall did the trick for me but it was not obvious). Etc, etc...
