Motorola A780 hi, i have this phone that i bought from ebay, and i can not sent picture messages, it says message failed, i called motorola and cingular and both were unable to help me go figure.. now i know that there is someone on this web that know's how to help me fix this

The a780 handset only has the o2 network as default.
to have your phone run with another network sim card, you must call your phone company,ie t-mobile,orange,etc and explain to them you need the browser update msg sent to your handset for picture msgs and also ask for the internet browser update msg too.
when you get the browser msgs sent to your phone, open it and press the left green button, i think? it will give the option to update, you press update.
