you probably have an ext unit please try the following steps
To set the time, Press FNC then 9 then # then set the hr and mins using number keys Use RECALL button to set AM & PM Press FNC again to set.

You cannot unless you subscribe to Caller ID from your loca ltelephone company. That is a feature that you .have to pay for

try hitting feature key then dial 26

this has to be changed in system programming

On this system since it is an older NEC you will need to purchase some special boards that go into the system and then this would have to be programmed. This is not a task for the untrained.
