Hi, Without specifing model and caliber, follow these rules. You need the Caliber number to get instructions. Most setting instructions are near the front of the manual, between pages 3-9. If you don't have the manual, Try this link:

Take the four-digit Calibre number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.

Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box

Use the four numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.

To turn hourly beep on/off: Hold the RESET button (lower right) and press the MODE button (lower left). When the days of the week light up, the hourly beep is on; when the days of the week are off, the hourly beep is off.

To turn the alarm on/off: Hold the RESET button and press ST/STP (upper right). Alarm light will go on/off.

good morning ! to set the sharp watches is need to use the setting button ! first , press the adjust button up to 3 second after th digit blinking press the mode button to select the digit that you want to chagne and press the reset button to chagne tha digit to the corect time after setting press once the adjust button to time back to normal ! good luck ! ....

Instructions for Sharp Alarm Chrono (Digital)

Push "Mode" button until the mode is shown that you want to reset, do this even if the mode you want to reset is all ready showing.

Push "Reset", continue pushes until the desired Parameter (Minute, Hour, or Second) is flashing.

Use "Start" button to advance the digits to the desired setting.

Push "Mode" Button to finish.
