1993 Honda Civic rapid heating

Sounds like your electric cooling fan(behind the radiator) is not functioning. The thermostat might not be working, making the fan
not come on at all. I once put a toggle switch in my dash, when I had
an old CRX, just to turn on the fan, or it would overheat.

No spark in honda civic 1993 1.6

No spark is not caused by any security wire to the distributor ( there is no such sytem), it is caused by a defective ignition control module in this year, replace it.

Fuse Box Location

"The underhood fuse box is located in the engine compartment next to the battery." That's what it says in my Honda Civic manual, it should be next to the battery if you have a stock 1.6L 4-Cylinder engine that Honda made, mine's a D16Z6 engine. If you find it just pull the tab up.
