If this is the firsttime the error has occurred, try turning the printer off. Let it sit turned off for atleast 20 seconds before powering it back on. If powering the printer offand back on clears the error, continue using the printer but watchit to see if any printhead errors return. If your printer continues todisplay a Printhead Error message, make sure it is plugged straight tothe wall and not through a surge device or power strip. Power strips anduninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage problem in your printer.This can trigger a printhead error even if the printer has worked on this surgedevice for months.

Printhead error message indicates that the printhead (laser scanner) unit inside the printer is not working correctly.
First step trying to fix this is to turn printer off, and back on after 10 seconds. If this won't clear it, try and plug the printer in a different power point straight into the wall. If the error does not clear, the printer will probably require service to correct the issue.

933 - Mirror Motor - Locks/Lost Hsync* (*Horizontal Sync) Have you gone through this exercise yet: These errors usually indicate a failure in the HYSNC signal to the printhead. Check the continuity of the cables connected to J5 and J4 on the system board. If incorrect, replace the defective cable. The voltage at J4-1 measures approximately +5 V dc.
