Does this engine have reed valves in the intake? Perhaps the reeds are worn out and you arent getting decent inlet charging?

You should check the engines compression out with a screw in gauge.
It goes in the spark plug hole. They also make ones you hold over the spark plug hole that fit odd sized spark plug holes.

If you arent getting over 80-90 psi after two or three kick starts...you probably need reeds or piston rings.

good luck and be careful!

You can find a downloadable manual for your scooter here!

I also see that your scooter is a four cycle engine *(no reed valves) which leaves me thinking one more thing needs to be checked. Valve clearances!

Your scooters valves are manually adjusted and as the valve seats wears the clearance opens up and you lose compression. This would end up causing low compression and low power.

I noticed the tech specs are strangely missing from this file! Dang it!....

Your valves need to be checked on the compression stroke so you know the valves are supposed to be shut. The clearance should be checked with a feeler gauge. If you have no clearance then I would say you need to put some in...start smalle 0.03-0.06 *(cold engine) on both valves and retest compression.

Too much clearance is almost as bad as no clearance as it takes open time away from the valves, leading to lower compression as well.

I will keep looking for those valve clearance specs ok!?

Once again...good luck and be careful.
