E90 =cycle blocked suggest check pump/drain etc for any blockage and if you need more on this I will post this link for you to check on these. http://www.washerhelp.co.uk/washing-machine-parts/pumps.html#cl_q6If this is helpful, a vote with the thumbs up would be greatly appreciated for the free advice and if you need more on thei feel free to get back to me. Thanks
This error code seems to be the control board detecting a wrong
configuration (in other words, an illogical set of sensing conditions,
from its connected sensors and wiring). It apparently can happen, when
wires become badly contacting, or if contaminated with motor brush
carbon (the horrible black powder that comes off the motor commutator
and brushes), or corroded from other contaminants from the soap
dispenser area. You should be able to check this, remove, clean and
replace the contacts: Thanks
hiya
e90 means there is a communication error between the circuit boards inside. remove the plug then take the lid off the machine, remove the block which has the 5 (iirc) blue wires in it and give it a quick squeeze then replace, this should hopefully solve your problem.
hope this helps
please dont forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply, thanks kj
E90 indicates a communications error between the user interface board
(control panel) and the main circuit board. If you take the top off the
machine (power off first!), then stand in front of it and look at the
front left you'll see the main board and a blue multi-stranded cable
coming out of it and going into the control panel. 99 times out 100
this is the culprit, if there's a poor connection at either end then
this generates E90. You need to remove the control panel (screws behind
soap drawer and plastic clips along the top), disconnect the blue
cable, give the connector a bit of a squeeze with your pliers to
tighten the connection, do the same to the other end on the main board,
refit everything and away you go....hope this helps...yes I used to
work for them
E90 is not a listed error code however most 90 range codes relate to a faulty pcb, some times worn motor brushes and blocked filter and air traps can cause some innacurate error codes being displayed we would normally check these items prior to replacing the PCB

an E90 fault is a problem relating to the main control module found behind the front facia. it could just be a bad connection on the board connections though
That happened to mine, and apparently it is the connection to the control panal at the front of the machine or the desplay unit (4 blue wires). Take the top off and wiggle them around or re-connect if any are loose. Mine worked for one wash and then started displaying E10........so i'm not amused and I think i may end up getting a hotpoint!
