Hello sir; H4 code require reset procedure as follow;
1, press"#" "interupt" "c" "interupt" these 4 keys.
2, enter 14 , then press start
3, turn power off and back on .
it is on you fusing unit of your copier, check the fuse maybe it is open already and need for replacement... H4 means that your heater lamp is not functioning
Its an error indicating the fuser isn't at the right temperature. It could be a thermistor that went out. It should be looked at to see what needs to be replaced.
There is a problem with the fuser unit ( exit where it gets hot), unfortunately you need to replace
either 1- thermofuse, 2- thermistor, 3- heater lamp
