Hi there, I had skull candy earbuds in the past. The problem is that the left side has a short in the speaker. It means that you need to get a new pair of earbuds as they are not fixable.

My Ketron Sd5 seems to play a different key on the right than on the left. For example if I play a beat in the key of G (left) the right hand side plays in A. Can you help?

I'm almost sure that your pitch bender is going crazy and it feeds right hand with constant transpose of -2. You must change it with new one.

When I plug my headphones into my lg rumor phone the music wont play but when I take them out the music plays

With some headphones, the sound will only play in MONO, or one channel (Left or Right).

From what I've researched, LG has headphones that will play MP3's in stereo (both L & R channels) provided the music files have been created so that they play in stereo.

You may want to look into buying a pair that's intended for the Rumor phone, or else recommended by LG.

Left ear no music

Before you worry about repair, verify that the balance control in the iPod isn't causing the problem. The easy way to do this is to try some other audio device (home stereo, etc).

T30 always comes up with record-ready display screen

T30 defaults to an opening display screen based on where you were when you last used the device. When leaving from the record folder and record mode, you will always open with the record-ready screen. If you left your T30 while in the music folder playing a music file, you will be returned to that.

This record-ready display screen has a numeric and bar time line. The numeric values of the line are in hrs:min:seconds. This line is also split: the right half of the line indicates the total amount of available recording time, while the left half indicates your time as you record. If you compare the values of the right and left sides of the numeric bar while you are recording, you will see that the right side is diminishing as the left side increases in numeric value. When you complete your recording and save your track, the right side will now indicate the new total time (the amount your screen first displayed LESS the time value of the track just recorded).

When you are playing a music file, if you watch the time display, you will see the numeric information changing in the same way. The left side indicates how may hrs:min:seconds your track has played while the right side indicates the total time value for that file and will be correspondingly decreasing while you play your music file.

So in the short, you don't need to worry much about your display screen unless you open in the wrong folder or you need more recording time than is available. Then it has a message for you.

Sound not coming from left side surround sound speaker or my right side front speaker

it is highly likely that you're TV is outputting mono sound, hence the left channel only. check your physical connections to the TV and the balance / channel volume on the television as well.
