Well you can click on start then settings go to Today then Items and see if the Htc sense is checked or not. It should be checked and your problem will be solved. If still no help then you can hard reset your phone. Method to do Hard Reset is turn off your phone and while holding the volume keys up and down press the power button and it will take you to the hard reset screen now if you press volume up then you phone will be hard reset and come back to factory settings but you will loose all the phone book and other data on the phone.
