WHY DOESN'T YOUR MANUAL TELL YOU TO REPLUG THE COFFEE MAKER WHEN ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT? THE 1ST THINGS IT READS IS UNPLUG THEN LOOK AT THE SET BUTTON THEN HIT THE START BUTTON TO ADJUST AND LISTEN FOR THE CLICKS BUT IT NEVER MENTIONS REPLUG FIRST - SPENT 2 DAYS ON THIS BEFORE I FIGURED IT OUT - HOW CRAZY.

You actually don't have to turn off the machine to set the volume. They just want you to be careful.

Cannot make 2 cups in a row i have to unplug then replug which take forever

You have to wait for it to go through the reheat cycle. If it is not going through that contact Keurig and they will walk you through some test steps to see if it is malfunctioning.

Hi
Try reprogramming the machine. Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don’t release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button.
If that doesn’t fix it, then you might need a new flow meter.
