When I'm talking on the phone, it's annoying to have another incoming call terminate the ongoing phone call. Is there a setting where I can prevent the incoming call from interrupting an ongoing call ?

Go to an authorized Apple dealer and let them fix the problem. That sounds like you might have a bug in your phone. (not a literal bug as in insect by the way)
abdul Rakib, it seems your green button is very sensitive, make sure you are not pressing twice and if problem persist post more comments for further help.
It stands for "auto answer". I notice that when I'm sending a text and receive an incoming call, the phone would automatically answer-which was especially annoying when it was someone I didn't want to talk to! To get rid of this, go to "Settings & Tools" then "Call Settings", then "Answer Options" and uncheck the box that says "Auto w/Handsfree". The AA should then be gone.
