Question about LaCie d2 Extreme 250GB External with Triple Interface USB 2.0/Firewire 400/800 - 300790U ... Hard Drive
Lacie 1tb Esata error blue flashing light no drive spin, the drive was plugged into the incorrect power supply and turned on and off immedietly as it did not work. However new /correct power supply and the drive fails to spin up, simply flashes a single blue led, is there anyway to hard reset the drive, is there a fuse in the unit that might have blown? Any ideas?
Have you checked the output on the power adapter when you plugged in? if not, there is no hard reset for the drive. you just have to isolate the board on you external hdd.
